Starting from July 1, 2026, patrols, meeting room inventory checks, and closing procedures at the Student Activity Center I will be handled by night security staff and weekend student workers.

Security duty hours: Weekdays and weekends, 16:30–00:30
Student worker duty hours: Weekends, 8:30–16:30
Duty room: Room 207, 2F, Student Activity Center I

VGA monitor cables will be placed inside the meeting rooms. Meeting room microphones,projector remote controls, and other equipment should be picked up from the security duty room. For equipment or venue-related issues, or for venue inventory checks, please contact the security staff or the student worker on duty.

The employment period of the original night-shift student workers will end on June 30, 2026. Starting from July 1, they will no longer be stationed at the Club Union Association(UCA)'s office. If you need to borrow equipment from the UCA at non-office hours of the SDAD, please contact the UCA directly.
