【Important】SAC I and II will only be opened for NCKU members

[Student Events]

1. Events must control participants below 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors. If eating and drinking is required during event, one shall follow the Ministry of Health and Welfare regulations. Seats should be set up in checkerboard seating or set panels between desk.

2. When applying, one should have proposal with detailed prevention plan, as well as the NCKU COVID-19 prevention checklist attached. After event, one must hand in the list of the participants.

[SAC I & II]

1. SAC I and II will only be opened for NCKU members. D-24 will remain closed for now. A distance of at least 1.5 meters per person (2.25 square meters per person) is required indoors and a distance of 1 meter per person (1 square meters per person) is required outdoors.

2. Real name registeration system is required. Disinfection of the building will be conducted three times a day. When entering the building, one must scan ID card, take your body temperature and scan venue QRcode.

3. The opening hours of SAC I and II will be conducted in two phases in response to the epidemic prevention measures. The first phase is from July 28th to August 9th from 8 am to 5 pm(closed on weekends), and the second phase is from August 10th, from 8 am to 10 pm. The building will be closed on national holidays. Adjustments will be made if new announcements are made by CDC.

4. The associations that violate the epidemic prevention regulations shall be sent to the Student Association Review Committee for punishment.
