1. Student Events updates as follows:
   1. Maximum number of participants:
      1. Indoor – 80 people, or over 80 people in rooms where they could fit in under the calculation of 1.5 meters / person.
      2. Outdoor – 300 people
      3. If exceeded, the epidemic prevention plan of the event be submitted to Tainan City Government for approval before implementation.
   2. The Approval Level updates as follows:
      1. Indoor – below 80 people & Outdoor – below 300 people: NCKU Vice President of Student Affairs
      2. Indoor – over 80 people in rooms where they could fit in: NCKU President
      3. Indoor – over 80 people in rooms where they cannot fit in & Outdoor – over 300 people: Tainan City Government
   3. Please use the latest version of Checklist for your event application from today.

2. SAC I and SAC II updates as follows:
   1. For the updated limits of the number of people in each space, please refer to: https://reurl.cc/mvD32Y . You should follow the limitations in each space and keep a proper distance.
   2. Please choose the venue carefully if your event is over 80 people.
   3. Other regulations, please refer to 2021.10.07 Announcement.
